- Will keep your body from absorbing the fat in the foods you eat.
Are weight loss pills bad for you?
Some food based diet supplements could be harmless, even being effective at creating a sense of fullness, melting your fat or boosting your metabolism.
But most of the popular ingredients in fat burning supplements have been banned by the FDA because of harmful side effects such as:
